New York Bridal Fashion Week Fall 2022 Recap

This October we attended our first New York Bridal Fashion Week since before the pandemic in 2019. Though we had been attending National Bridal Market Chicago successfully since then, we didn’t know what to expect from our first time back in New York. If the pandemic taught us anything, it’s that the bridal industry is always changing!

However, we were so excited to find that this was one of our most successful markets to date! We were so busy that we hardly had time between clients and we were thrilled at the excitement around our new designs. We got to see some of our valued salon partners and opened accounts with many new retailers. You can view stores that carry PARIS accessories on our Store Locator page.

There were a few breakout themes from this New York Bridal Fashion Week. Here are the designs that were incredibly popular among salons for the upcoming 2023 season:

1. Painted Veils.

Intricate veils are having a moment and our hand painted veils fit this trend perfectly. Our “To Have And To Hold” veil with its romantic script boarder was a bestseller. Our painted veils with floral patterns were also incredibly popular like our “Sweethearts” veil available for purchase here.

2. Large headpieces.

Large tiaras and headpieces were a huge hit and many salons wanted to purchase several for their collection. Brides are opting for more dramatic bridal looks these days and accessories like our “Fanny and Alexander” headpiece are a perfect choice.

3. Pearls.

This is a trend we saw emerge in 2022 that is staying strong into 2023. Our “Mimi” comb features rows of pearls and was a bestseller in New York, over 25 years since this piece was originally designed. It goes to show that our designs are truly timeless!
