Debra’s design philosophy with a bride is to ask a series of questions to define how best to guide her to a choice that will bring out her personality. Who is the designer of your gown? What month is your wedding? Where will it be/ how do you plan to wear your hair? Do you want to wear your veil over your face? All of these questions help to define the course. Each persons face shape, hairstyle, dress and venue all culminate to give a direction to the accessories. In order to maintain the high standards of quality & workmanship of her product, Debra seeks out trained fine artists and people with fashion and business backgrounds. She is working to create an environment that inspires and sustains each other through interdependent work relationships and personal artistic goals.

Each artist at PARIS is given an individual charm that represents their own signature with which to mark the ornament they’ve replicated. Coupled with the PARIS hallmark charm, it lends to the heirloom nature of our work. Watching our company grow and develop new products, garner accolades and improve our work environment is a great source of personal pride to me.
